Engagements
Before the wedding, before the details—just the two of you.
A Love Worth Documenting
ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY
An engagement session is a chance to slow down, be present, and document the connection that started it all. A celebration of this season—before the wedding, before the rush, just as you are now. Engagement sessions are included in my wedding packages, and standalone couples sessions are available beginning at $350 for up to one hour within a one-hour travel radius. All images are included in your gallery, and each session can be fully customized based on location to best suit the experience you envision.

Understanding The Process
THE EXPERIENCE
Tips for Being Prepared
Make it fun! Consider getting your hair or nails done — it's not a requirement, but small details like having your nails done to show off your ring make a big difference. Clean your ring so it really shines in photos. Set out your outfits the night before and make sure every accessory you want photographed is ready to go.
Get Some Inspiration
Browse Pinterest for pose ideas or anything special you'd love to recreate. If you have a specific vision or something meaningful you want to incorporate, just let me know ahead of time. I love making sessions feel personal and unique to you as a couple, so no idea is too big or too small to bring to the table.
Outfits — What to Wear
Wear something you feel completely comfortable and confident in! The goal is to coordinate rather than match. Avoid both wearing solid white tops since it removes contrast, though a white dress still photographs beautifully. Think flowy, colorful, and flattering — whatever makes you feel most like yourself on a great day.
A Note for the Guys
Avoid patterns smaller than a dime — small prints can create distracting visual effects in photos. Close-toed shoes photograph well, though we can always kick them off mid-session if the location calls for it. Keep your look simple, comfortable, and coordinated with your partner's outfit for the most cohesive and polished result.

A Note for the Gals
Wear something that flatters what you love most about yourself and makes you feel genuinely confident. When you feel amazing in your outfit, it shows in every single frame. Avoid overthinking it — comfortable and confident will always photograph better than trendy and uncomfortable. You are going to look absolutely stunning no matter what.

Props, Pups & Personal Touches
Bring anything that tells your story as a couple! Your dog, a bottle of wine, something from your proposal, or a hobby you both share. These personal details make your session feel authentic and fun rather than posed. If you're not sure what to bring, just ask — I love brainstorming creative ways to make your session uniquely yours.
