Born and raised in NJ, Cortney Torres graduated from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University with a BFA in Photography. Following graduation she worked in the NJ Governor’s Office as one of the Governor’s staff photographers for over 5 years. Since 2004, Cortney has been professionally photographing events to include weddings, families and corporate functions. In addition, she works with Real Estate agents across NJ, as well as commercial clients who use her images to promote their businesses and residential properties.

Cortney will work carefully with you from your initial meeting to the final moments at your reception and is dedicated to keeping stress levels minimized. Besides wedding ceremonies and receptions, Cortney Torres Photography can also provide services for engagement, rehearsal, and trash-the-dress sessions. The business is able to supply a second photographer if requested, ensuring that no detail is missed.
